Our Support Hours
We are a small team based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and our Timezone is GMT+6 / CST+12.
- For Pro users, Our official support time is 9am to 6pm, Sunday to Thursday. If you open a ticket within this time-frame, our average response time would be 1 – 2 hours. Any tickets opened after this time will be prioritized on the next working day. Friday & Saturday is our official offday and our support would be available for a limited time throughout the day; the average response time would be 4 – 8 hours.
- For Free users, our average response time throughout the week is 6 – 24 hours (depending on the volume of inquiries and the nature of the request).
