  • Our official support time is 9am to 6pm, Sunday to Thursday. If you open a ticket within this time-frame, our average response time would be 1 – 2 hours. Any tickets opened after this time will be prioritized on the next working day.
  • Friday & Saturday is our official offday and our support would be available for a limited time throughout the day; the average response time would be 4 – 8 hours.
