We are a small team based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and our Timezone is GMT+6 / CST+12.

Our official support hours are from 9 AM to 9 PM, Sunday to Thursday. We endeavor to respond to tickets submitted during these hours within 1 – 2 hours. Tickets received outside these hours will receive attention on the next business day. During the weekend (Friday & Saturday), we offer limited support, aiming for a response time of 4 – 8 hours.
